Read the North Korea Human Rights Act of 2004 here. The NKHA was passed by Congress on Oct 4, 2004 and signed into law by President Bush on Oct 18, 2005. Public Law 108-333.
The North Korean Human Rights Reauthorization Act of 2008 became law on October 7, 2008. Read it here.
